Burger Bae is a boutique feminine burger concept created by Chef Ashley Jacobs, a renowned culinary artist based in Dallas, Texas. The restaurant aims to offer high-quality burgers made from beef sourced exclusively from African American-owned ranches, catering to a discerning clientele seeking a unique and socially conscious dining experience.
The concept is designed to appeal to a feminine audience, highlighting African American farmers and ranchers with a focus on supporting She Shefs Inc., a nonprofit organization founded by Chef Ashley Jacobs to empower and encourage BiPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) girls interested in pursuing careers in the culinary industry.

Meet the chef
Chef Ashley Henderson is a highly accomplished and passionate culinary artist. She inherited her love for cooking from her family and further refined her skills at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu culinary institute. Henderson has worked at some of the finest restaurants in Dallas, including Nobu, Craft Dallas, Fearing's at The Ritz-Carlton, and 560 by Wolfgang Puck. Her culinary creations are described as a "celestial symphony of flavors" that delight both the palate and the eyes. At her company Ashley The Chef, she believes every dish should be an adventure, crafting visually stunning and delectable offerings like the Tipsybuns, BRUNCHSOCIETY, and SEATED Supper Club experiences.
